Training records reported back to head office

We understand that franchise operators need more than a certificate.

For every programme, we collect the information required to correctly register your staff, including candidate details and site information for each location.

Certification and completion records are then reported back to your head office, giving you a clear, central picture of training across your whole estate — including upcoming renewals.

Why first aid?

A Qualification With Real-World Value

First aid is a qualification your staff can genuinely use.

Alongside accredited certification, your teams develop the confidence to recognise an emergency, make appropriate decisions and provide potentially life-saving assistance while professional help is on the way.

These are skills they carry with them long after the training day.

From our Founder

Throughout my career as a paramedic, I’ve seen first-hand the difference it makes when someone nearby knows what to do in an emergency. Too often, nobody does.

Now, one of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing people earn a qualification in skills that could one day save a life.

Through Forth Training, we bring accredited first aid training directly to organisations across Scotland — from single sites to entire franchise estates. It’s a recognised qualification and a practical skill your teams can carry into work, home and everyday life.

Together, let’s build safer workplaces, stronger teams and practical skills that last a lifetime!

Yes. We build ongoing relationships with the organisations we support — covering initial qualifications, training for new staff as they join, and requalification when certificates approach expiry.
